If a broker you referred cancels, you have 3 months to win them back — rejoin inside that window and they stay yours, with commission resuming automatically. After 3 months the attribution expires and they are open to a different partner's code.

- You cannot earn commission on your own subscription.
- Partners sign a 2-year non-compete agreement as part of joining.
- Refunds and chargebacks within 30 days are deducted from commission.
