Why this exists
A broker on a call with a client should not have to say “let me check and call you back.” By the time they have found the right sheet and filtered it down, the moment has passed and the client is talking to someone else.
Everything a broker needs in that moment already exists somewhere. It is just not reachable in the ten seconds they have. Cortexa closes that gap and does nothing else.
How we think about it
Meet people where they work. Brokers live in WhatsApp. Asking them to adopt a new app to save time is asking them to spend time. So the product is a saved contact, not software.
Answer, do not deflect. A tool that responds with “I can help with that! Could you tell me more?” is worse than no tool. Every reply should be usable as-is.
Stay out of the client relationship. Cortexa answers the broker, never the client. What reaches a buyer is always forwarded by a person who chose to send it.
