Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Cortexa service provided by Cortexa LLC, trade licence [LICENCE NUMBER], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], United Arab Emirates. By signing up you accept them.

2. The service

Cortexa is a WhatsApp-based assistant that sends filtered property availability sheets, including pricing, as PDF documents. Inventory is refreshed once per day. It is a tool for your own use. It does not contact your clients.

3. Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep them current.
  • One subscription covers one user. Do not share your access.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Fees and billing

  • The subscription is AED 149 per user per month.
  • New accounts get a 3-day free trial. Billing starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel first.
  • Payment is taken monthly in advance by card.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our refunds and cancellation policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense or share access to the service
  • Use it for anything unlawful, or to harass or mislead anyone
  • Attempt to extract the underlying data in bulk, reverse engineer, or overload the service
  • Use automated systems to interact with the assistant at abnormal volume

We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

7. Accuracy of information

This matters, so it is stated plainly. Cortexa provides information from inventory data supplied to it by developers, passed through unaltered. Availability and prices are subject to change. Inventory is updated once per day, so a sheet may not reflect changes made since that day's update, and answers may be incomplete or out of date. Always verify unit availability, pricing and payment terms with the developer or your own records before relying on them in a transaction or communicating them to a client. Cortexa is an assistant, not a source of truth, and is not a substitute for professional judgement.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. It depends in part on WhatsApp and other third-party services.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost commission, lost business opportunity, or indirect losses.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of [EMIRATE] have jurisdiction.
